Coconut oil really suppresses my appetite. This product works better than anything else I’ve tried! You have to start slowly and let your body get used to it, but it knocked out my appetite for hours. It’s actually good for you (unlike other weight loss products)and helps with sugar cravings. It worked for me right away, but for some people, it may take 2-3 days to get the full effect. My brother tried it once and lost his appetite for 12 hours. He swears he’ll never take it again, because he loves to eat, and does not have a weight problem…lucky guy!

I’d read about coconut as a dietary supplement, so I was excited to try this stuff. Alas, I experienced no noticeable improvement on any level. How, exactly, is it supposed to help? All of the promises on the other reviews did not come to fruition for me.
