I’d read about coconut as a dietary supplement, so I was excited to try this stuff. Alas, I experienced no noticeable improvement on any level. How, exactly, is it supposed to help? All of the promises on the other reviews did not come to fruition for me.

Coconut oil really suppresses my appetite. This product works better than anything else I’ve tried! You have to start slowly and let your body get used to it, but it knocked out my appetite for hours. It’s actually good for you (unlike other weight loss products)and helps with sugar cravings. It worked for me right away, but for some people, it may take 2-3 days to get the full effect. My brother tried it once and lost his appetite for 12 hours. He swears he’ll never take it again, because he loves to eat, and does not have a weight problem…lucky guy!

I began a “lifestyle” change that included a sensible breakfast, sensible lunch, whatever I want for dinner (please note; this does not mean being gluttonous), and 1EZ Diet as a supplement. I’d read enough about the product to know that results vary. However, I personally have not seen anything. I did not want to focus so much on actual lbs in terms of weightloss, my assessment is very much reliant on fitting comfortable into clothing that has grown tighter. After taking the supplement 3 weeks…those close are still just as tight.

Ok, I have to admit I was a little skeptical at first. A pill that could curb your appetite, improve your metabolism, and curve cravings>? Don’t think so right??? Wrong, the first day I received the pills I took one about thirty minutes before dinner. By the time dinner came i had no interest in eating the two bowls of food I would usually eat. Instead, I was shocked when I found myself full and completely satisfied at half a bowl. This is a great thing and believe me, 2 pills a day 30 minutes before you eat will work miracles, no joke. With daily exercise such as TAE BO, you can lose pounds like crazy. I live in Phoenix, Az and I hardly go outside to have a jog in 115 degree heat ( do you blame me>?) but with an hour of exercise a day- I lost 8 pounds and 5 inches in THE FIRST WEEK about 7 days. Buy it.

I just bought this stuff yesterday and tried it today. I am always scared to take things like this because I am so sensitive to getting jitters and rapid heart beat. I didn’t experience that at all but my mood was great and I had tons of energy. I am usually tired all day everyday. I took 1 pill an hour before lunch (so about 11 for me) and have not had the need to take another one because I don’t have desire for food at all. How great that it is so cheap too. I have way better things to do with my time then to write a long review on something but I always research things so I am sure that other women do the same and so I hope this has been helpful to you. I am going to continue to try to only take the one pill because I am afraid that 2 will keep me up at night. For the low price tag, it is definitely worth a try.

This Hoodia really works, it helps to control appetite, I feel full with less meal, drinking 2 pills half hour before breakfast it control my appetite the entire day. Also I do not feel thirsty so I drink water at least 4 times a day. If you really want to eat less you should try this.

I was skeptical at first about this product, of course. But I read the reviews and did the research. Then I ordered it and gave it a try. Wow, people! I have had excellent results. I did do 30 minutes of walking each day in addition to using this supplement as directed.
No kidding; I lost 22 lbs in two months!
There is a couple of down sides to my results. My clothes don’t fit very well anymore, and I have had to change to toning exercises because I lost the weight too fast and have some loose skin. Did you read that? I lost the weight too fast!
I honestly NEVER thought I could say something like that!
I am in my late 40s, and I now weigh what I did when I was a teenager. How great is that?
I started the supplement in the fall, and it’s almost January at the time of this review.
I had to stop the daily walks because I don’t want to loose too much more too fast. Yes, really. I eat well and feel great!
You will find that this supplement may soften stool a little at first. I’m not sure why, but it’s not bad and it passes in a day or two. I also found that I personally did not find it necessary to take the afternoon dose. I couldn’t find the appetite to enjoy dinner with my husband when I did. But that’s just my experience.
I am now having to shop for clothes that fit properly. I lost six inches on my waist, and four inches on my chest and hips. How great is that?
I love the way I look in the mirror again, and my husband has actually told me to stop losing! I’m not thin – not by any stretch of the imagination. But I was nearly 30 lbs overweight for my height/bone structure.
